Registration is now open for its 2026 Signature Event, The Intersection of Criminal Law and Civil Legal Aid.
The panel will explore the interconnected nature of criminal law and civil legal aid, and the ways these fields intersect in addressing the needs of individuals and communities. Panelists will share perspectives on the connections among criminal law, civil legal aid, and broader access-to-justice efforts; the professional pathways that lead practitioners across these fields; and opportunities for collaboration among public defenders, prosecutors, legal-aid organizations, and community partners.
