Join us, and special guest Salena Copeland (Executive Director of Legal Aid Association of California), for an informal funder-only discussion covering strategies & tools organizations can use to recruit and retain its most vital resource, staff.  As a group, we will explore ways organizations can engage in meaningful and efficient recruitment, and the tools and strategies the sector can adopt to retain their staff through thoughtful support and provding meaningful opportunities.

Regularly, the LSFN will host a funder roundtables to facilitate funder-specific discussions around the ways in which COVID-19 is impacting the populations served by legal services organizations, and the legal aid organizations themselves.  Additionally, we'll discuss legislation being considered to help highly impacted communities, provide information on helpful tools, and explore strategies for funders to support those most affected.
